Nidhi Singh, graduated as a Gold Medalist in Law from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. She pursued MSc Law & Finance from the Faculty of Law & Said Business School, University of Oxford on full scholarship as Louis-Dreyfus Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholar. She has also read for a Diploma in Investment Law from Universitat de Barcelona, as WTO & St. Gallen scholar. She has studied Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and M.A. Economics for Competition Law from King's College, London. She is currently enrolled as a JSM Candidate & SPILS Fellow at Stanford Law School where her topic of research is  'Artificial Intelligence & Competition Law'. She is also a Visiting Scholar at various U.S. universities.

Nidhi is a practising lawyer empanelled with the Delhi High Court. Apart from litigating, Nidhi serves as a Senior Research Fellow, Institute for Commercial Policy & Legal Research, New Delhi & is an Expert with the Antitrust vertical at Institute for Internet & the Just Society, Berlin, Germany. She is also the Deputy Director for Centre for Competition Policy & Law, GLA University, India. She has previously worked as a LAMP Fellow (Legislative Assistant to Members of Parliament), Faculty Teaching Associate at the I.A.S. Academy, Mussoorie, Expert in Competition Law with the DG Office, Competition Commission of India and Competition Associate with Trilegal. She is also a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum. 

Nidhi is fond of reading both fiction and non-fiction, writing articles, acrylic painting and running.
