Gözde Diktas is a legal trainee involving in Istanbul Bar and interested in Personal Data Protection, Competition Law and, in general base, IP and IT Law. She has experienced Banking and FinTech while working for BBVA, and Competition & Intellectual Property Law in Axon Partners in Kyiv, Ukraine.

She graduated from Faculty of Law within the scope of Yeditepe University which is one of the  internatinally reputable university in Turkey and studied Common Law besides Turkish Law and European Eunion Law. She is still the director, coming from the local team of ELSA Istanbul, in charge of Student Traineeship Exchange Program in European Law Students' Association Turkey. She has conducted research on Internet Censorship and committed to paper with the sponsorship of the Council of Europe and the academic support from Queen Mary University of London. In this project, she has penned the part ""Analysing The Current Legal Situation in Turkey, Expectable Regulations and De Lege Feranda"" under the extensive title of Internet Censorship.
